We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and reflect true and accurate pricing.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified via email, text or telephone to arrange an agreeable alternative item.
At the time of checkout an order confirmation will be sent to you with an estimate only of total order quantity and price. Your items will be weighed and you will be sent a tax invoice and charged according to the actual carton weight of product.
Noble Organics will not commit to delivery beyond the front door of your home or building. ‘Front door' means the front door or a point beyond which entry into the interior of the building occurs. If you request Noble Organics to deliver the Goods beyond your front door and we agree that it is practical and safe to do so, you agree to continually indemnify and hold harmless Noble Organics (including its employees, and agents) from any Loss suffered or incurred through the delivery of the Goods beyond your front door.
Noble Organics may in its sole discretion, decide not to deliver Goods at the Delivery Address where it reasonably believes that the Goods are likely to be stolen or damaged, or deem the Delivery Address to be unsafe for any reason.
For home deliveries, anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by Noble Organics to be authorised to receive the goods.
